    • We offer free shipping on all orders across India.
    • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days post-dispatch.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

    • Returns or replacements must be requested within 3 calendar days of delivery.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory to claim damage or defect.
    • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with the price tag intact.
    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
    • Return shipping will be arranged and covered by us only for items approved for return due to manufacturing defect or transit damage. In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
