Processing Time

• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You will receive an order confirmation email and a tracking link once your package has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, etc.):
  Delivery within 5–7 business days from dispatch.

• Other Locations (Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, towns, rural areas, and remote pin codes):
  Delivery within 7–10 business days from dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1000.

• For orders below ₹1000 or COD orders, standard courier and handling charges will apply (displayed at checkout).

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with your tracking number and courier partner details.

• You can track your shipment through the courier’s official website or via the link provided.

Delayed or Unsuccessful Deliveries

• If delivery is delayed beyond the standard timeline, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier.

• For unsuccessful delivery attempts due to incorrect address or repeated non-availability of the recipient, re-shipping charges may apply.
